Kazakhstan weather forecast for Mar 9

The National Met Office Kazhydromet has issued weather forecast for Kazakhstan for March 9, Kazinform News Agency reports.
A southern cyclone is to bring precipitation as rain and snow to Kazakhstan as well as heavy precipitation, high wind and warm temperatures to the south and center of the country.
Only the southeast of the country is to enjoy the weather with no precipitation due to an anticyclone spur. Fog and black ice are expected across the country.
The mountain passes of Turkestan region is to see wind blowing 30mps and over in the morning and afternoon.
