On December 4, most parts of Kazakhstan will experience rain and snow, ground blizzard, windy and icy road conditions, due to the northern cyclone and passage of atmospheric fronts, Qazinform News Agency reports.
According to Kazhydromet, western, northwestern, and southwestern areas will enjoy no precipitation, due to the impact of the anticyclone.
Fog is expected to spread countrywide.
