ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan is deeply concerned over the deteriorating situation in Ukraine, especially over latest events in Odessa, Slavyansk and Kramatorsk, the Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
"It is with deep regret that we note that these events led to so many senseless deaths of people. We call on all sides in the dispute in Ukraine to refrain from violence and threat escalation. We believe the main goal right now is to find peaceful ways to erode differences and stabilize the situation. We call on all parties involved to start fulfilling Geneva deal reached on April 17, 2014. We are convinced the events of the last days should become a signal for restoration of peace, stability and security in Ukraine," the statement reads.
