Kazakhstan, UNDP to build persistent organic pollutants utilization factory

ASTANA. KAZINFORM "The Government of Kazakhstan and the UNDP plan jointly to build a persistent organic pollutants utilization factory," executive secretary of the Kazakh Environment and Water Resources Ministry Anatoly Dernovoi told journalists.
The joint project foresees construction of the recycling factory to solve the problems of persistent organic pollutants utilization both in Kazakhstan and neighboring countries. The parties develop now its design estimate documentation to determine the cost of the project to be co-financed by the UNDP and Kazakhstani Government.
