Kazakhstan & Ukraine plan to cooperate in engineering and space exploration - Poroshenko

KIEV. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan and Ukraine plan to cooperate in the field of engineering and space exploration, said the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko at a press briefing after a bilateral meeting with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in Kiev.
"We have agreed that in the near future there will be resumed the operation of the intergovernmental commission", noted P.Poroshenko. According to his words, the most promising areas of collaboration include engineering and power engineering. He expressed hope that the products of such companies as "Turboatom", "ZTR", "Zaryamashproekt" will be used in the construction of energy facilities on the territory of Kazakhstan and in preparation for the Expo-2017. President of Ukraine also noted that the meeting has discussed collaboration in space exploration.
