Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan sign declaration to strengthen friendship and deepen partnership

The members of the delegations signed 20 documents at the intergovernmental, interdepartmental and interregional level:

1. A comprehensive program of strengthening friendship and deepening multifaceted strategic partnership between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan for 2025-2027;

2. An agreement on encouragement and mutual protection of investments between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of Turkmenistan;

3. An agreement on strategic partnership in transport, logistics and transit between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of Turkmenistan;

4. A protocol of amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of Turkmenistan on international transportation of passengers and cargo by road as of February 27, 1997;

5. An agreement on cooperation in fight against crimes between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of Turkmenistan;

6. An agreement on cooperation in the field of plant quarantine between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan;

7. An agreement on cooperation in the field of tourism between the Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan;

8. An agreement on cooperation in archive-keeping between the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Main Archive Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan;

9. A memorandum of mutual understanding between the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market and the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan;

10. A memorandum of mutual understanding between the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Agency for Transport and Communications of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan;

11.  A memorandum of mutual understanding between the Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan's State Committee  for Physical Education and Sport;

12. A memorandum of mutual understanding between the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Space Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Turkmenaragatnashyk Agency for Transport and Communications of Turkmenistan on further development of cooperation in the field of digital development and information technologies;

13. A memorandum of mutual understanding between the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Türkmenhowaýollary Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan;

14. A cooperation plan between the akimat of Mangystau region of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the hyakimlik of Balkan Velayat of Turkmenistan on trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural cooperation for 2025;

15. A memorandum of cooperation between the RSE on the REM "TV and Radio Complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan” of the Kazakh President’s Affairs Department and TDH State News Agency of Turkmenistan;

16. An agreement on strategic cooperation in gas sector development between the JSC NC QazaqGaz and Türkmengaz national gas company of Turkmenistan;

17. An agreement on cooperation in development of oil service companies in the Turkmen section of the Caspian Sea between the JSC NC KazMunayGas and Türkmennebit national oil company of Turkmenistan;

18. An agreement on international mail delivery between JSC Kazpost and Turkmenpost postal service company;

19. A memorandum of cooperation in maritime transport between JSC NC Aktau Sea Trade Port and the Marine Merchant Fleet of Turkmenistan;

20. A memorandum of mutual understanding between the Public Administration Academy of the President of Kazakhstan and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan;
