Kazakhstan, Turkey implement 35 joint investment projects

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Currently, Kazakhstan and Turkey implement 35 investment projects worth $3,5 billion, according to President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The Head of State talked about the joint investment projects at the Kazakh-Turkish Business Forum in Astana on Thursday. The President also noted that 15,000 nationals of Turkey work in Kazakhstan nowadays. Over the past 20 years since Kazakhstan attained independence, Turkish companies have performed building and construction works totaling nearly $20 billion. "We've attracted a lot of companies to construction of our capital. The Astana International Airport, the Khan Shatyr shopping mall, Ramada Plaza Hotel and other unique facilities are the brightest examples. We make grandiose plans together, regardless of unstable economic situation in the world," Nursultan Nazarbayev added.
