Kazakhstan to sign three international agreements in the sphere of intellectual property within the EEC
"In order to implement the agreement it is planned to sign three agreements in 2015," Imashev said.
It is planned to sign agreements on signs of products and services and name of places where the products are produced. Furthermore, the agreement on coordination of activities to protect intellectual property facilities which provides for interagency cooperation with the purpose of making offers to improve the legislation, exchange information on the issue of preventing violations in the sphere of intellectual property, according to the website of the PM.
It is also planned to sign agreement on management of author rights on a collective basis. The agreement provides the single order of collection, distribution and payment of royalty fee.
"The draft agreement includes the order and terms of distribution of collected awards, which is taken place once a year," he highlighted.
