"We set a task to make Kazakhstan the best investment platform in the region. We intend to attract foreign investors to our country. To achieve this goal the Government of Kazakhstan will provide significant legislative preferences for the investors. As for the regions, we think, there will be established special economic zones, industrial zones and the Government will help develop these directions", Issekeshev noted.

Development of export will become a key issue. "Those small and medium enterprises working in non-oil sector and which intend to export their products are funded on the Governmental level. Our financing will not be expensive, besides we plan to compensate the exporters' expenditures through their involvement in exhibitions, development of advertisement and foreign certification", he added.

Road Map of Business-2020 program provides for development of new projects for the region. The Government will support them through allocation of grants, subsidizing interest rates, guaranteeing loans, retraining staff and maintaining infrastructure, A. Issekeshev said.
