Kazakhstan to provide 3 000 tons of diesel fuel to Kyrgyzstan

ASTANA. April 26. KAZINFORM At today's telephone conference Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has announced the adoption of the Government's resolution on supply of 3,000 tons of diesel fuel to Kyrgyzstan on the instruction of Kazakhstan President N. Nazarbayev on rendering humanitarian aid to the Kyrgyz Republic. "It will help the Kyrgyz side to hold spring sowing campaign", the Premier noted.

In accordance with the document, Kazakh Ministry of Oil and Gas was charged to ensure shipment of diesel fuel, Ministry of Transport and Communications - to ensure timely inflow of a rail tonnage for transportation and delivery of fuel to Kyrgyzstan. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will determine a receiver of the humanitarian aid and ensure coordination of measures on rendering this aid. The Ministry of Finance was instructed to control over the targeted use of the provided diesel fuel.
