Kazakhstan to introduce advanced anti-doping system

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The National Anti-doping Center and the Kazakhstan Cycling Federation (KCF) have signed a memorandum of cooperation to monitor the use of doping prohibited by WADA and UCI by Kazakhstani cyclists.
"The memo is of paramount importance as it will launch the anti-doping program that we have developed together with specialists of the center and international experts. The program will monitor and prevent the use of drugs from the WADA and UCI's list of prohibited substances. In 2015 with the support of foreign partners, the National Anti-Doping Agency and KCF will introduce one of the most advanced anti-doping systems currently available," KCF executive director Dmitry Muravyov said. The National Anti-Doping Center was established and officially accredited in 2013 through an initiative led by WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency).
