Kazakhstan to increase stake in Kosmotras to 33 percent - Mussabayev

ASTANA. April 22. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakhstan is planning to increase its stake in the international space company Kosmotras JSC from 10 to 33 percent by 2012. Head of the National Space Agency Kazcosmos T. Mussabayev announced it at during an online conference on Friday.
According to him, in this case Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine will have an equal share.
The main activities of Kosmotras are associated with the implementation of programs of the Russian Federation on the utilization of intercontinental ballistic missile RS-20 decommissioned and used in the launch system Dnepr for launching spacecrafts into low-Earth orbit.
