Kazakhstan to extend ban on light oil export, Mynbayev

ASTANA. December 28. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ "Kazakhstan will extend the ban on the export of light petroleum products. Kazakh Oil and Gas Minister Sauat Mynbayev addressing the telephone conference asked to support the corresponding draft regulations.
According to him, the export ban will be constantly prolonged until 2015 when the reconstruction of the two large oil refineries of Kazakhstan completes to fill the fuel domestic needs.
