Kazakhstan to export up to 60M tons of oil in 2015

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan is planning to export up to 60 million tons of crude oil next year.
First Vice Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan Uzakbai Karabalin confirmed the news at the Wednesday press conference at the Central Communications Service in Astana. "In 2015, we expect to produce at least 80,5 million tons of oil, 60 million of which will be exported," he told the journalists. Earlier at the extended sitting of the ministry, Minister of Energy Vladimir Shkolnik revealed that Kazakhstan exported 62,4 million tons of oil in 2014. "Last year we exported 62,4 million tons [of oil], including 35 million via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CTC)," he said.
