Kazakhstan to expect rain, fog and black ice Oct 23

The National Met Office Kazhydromet has issued the weather forecast for Kazakhstan for October 23, Kazinform News Agency reports.
According to Kazhydromet, due to fronts, the country is to brace for rain as well as precipitation as rain and snow in the north. Heavy rain is predicted in the south and southeast of the country.
Fog and high wind are forecast for the country as well. The country is to see black ice in the northwest, north and east as well as ground blizzard in the north.
