Kazakhstan to establish tax courts in 2010

ASTANA. April 10. KAZINFORM. /Narymbek Ismagulov/ Within a seminar on legal aspects of conduct of proceedings with the participation of Kazakhstan tax authorities, judge of the Supreme Court Marziya Baltabai informed of prospects on improvement of the country?s judicial system.
?It is planned to create tax courts in Kazakhstan in 2010. In this context it would be reasonable to have tax courts in the regions. Thus we have to hold all necessary preparations for it?, the judge said.
