Kazakhstan to build KZT 52 bln glass factory

KYZYLORDA. KAZINFORM A new glass works will be built in Kyzylorda, the press service of the National Managing Holding Baiterek said.
A new project company, Orda Glass, will realize this project worth KZT 52 bln. The company's shareholders are Kazakhstan Investment Fund JSC and strategic investor Kaveh Float Glass Co. Construction of the factory will start October this year in the territory of the new industrial zone of Kyzylorda. It will be put on stream in 2017. Its capacity is to reach 197,000 tons of glass plate a year.
