Kazakhstan to build 94 dormitories and 2 campuses till 2015 - Education Minister

TARAZ. March 3. KAZINFORM 94 dormitories and 2 campuses in the cities of Almaty and Astana will be built in Kazakhstan till 2015, Kazakh Minister of Education and Science Bakytzhan Zhumagulov told a meeting on the implementation of the Kazakh President's State of the Nation Address as of January 27, 2012 in Taraz.
Talking about the problem of expanding access to education through the mechanisms of public-private partnership, subsidizing transportation and accommodation of young people, developing a network of hostels, the Minister noted that "we have already begun to solve this problem, a number of areas of public-private partnerships are working on an example of observation and boards of trustees of educational organizations. "
