Most parts of Kazakhstan will experience today unstable weather, with rain and snow and icy road conditions, Kazinform News Agency learned from Kazhydromet.
Heavy precipitation (rain and snow) will hit western areas. Southern regions will see rain, and heavy downpour is expected in the country's south and southwest.
Fog and strong wind are forecast across the country, with ground blizzard to hit western parts.
Wind speed in the daytime in Mangistau region may exceed 30 meters per second.
