Kazakhstan to brace for snow and rain on February 22

The National Weather Agency Kazhydromet has issued the weather forecast for Kazakhstan for February 22, Kazinform News Agency reports.
A number of cyclones and associated fronts are to bring snow to the country. Heavy snow is forecast for the west and precipitation as rain and snow for the southwest and south.
Only the east and southeast of the country are to enjoy the weather with no precipitation due to an anticyclone spur.
The country is to expect fog, high wind as well as ground blizzard in the west, northwest, north, center and black ice in the southwest and south.
