Kazakhstan to brace for heavy precipitation

The northwestern cyclone will persist in the greater part of Kazakhstan bringing heavy snowfalls to the northern regions, and rain and snow mixed to the southern regions.

 High wind, snowstorms, ice-slick, and fog are forecast countrywide.

Air temperature will not change sharply countrywide, it said in a statement.
