ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstani is hoping to become stable and reliable partner for China, Vice Minister for investments and Development Yerlan Sagadiyev said at the Kazakhstani-Chinese Investment Forum in Astana on Thursday.

"Our government does a lot to simplify the process of adopting new laws and improve investment climate, so that Kazakhstan could join the world's 30 countries most attractive for investments. We work really hard and hopefully we'll see positive results. We are striving to become a stable and reliable partner," Mr. Sagadiyev noted, addressing the forum. He reminded that Kazakhstan is ranked 50th in the Global Competitiveness Report of the World Economic Forum. "That means the investment conditions will certainly improve in the future," he added.
