ASTANA. March 1. KAZINFORM "The difference between the developed and poor countries is science and technologies," President Nursultan Nazarbayev said addressing the students of the Nazarbayev University.
"If we harness technologies and science Kazakhstan would become then a developed country. Otherwise we will swallow dust behind the advanced countries leading the way," the President stressed.
"Our country pays great attention to the development of science and education. It is the matter of the policy of the future. You will understand it in 20-30 years," the Head of State resumed.
