Kazakhstan to attend MAKS-2013 airshow near Moscow
The MAKS-2013 organizer - the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade says more than one thousand companies, including 277 foreign, have expressed their wish to attend. But only companies from 43 countries are to exhibit their products during the airshow. The MAKS event will soon catch up with the oldest and largest Paris AirShow in number of participants.
The Moscow event will start with two professional days during which military and civilian aircrafts will be demonstrated to potential customers, business meetings and 'roundtables' will be held.
The last three days will be opened for the general public (August 30 - September 1).
At the MAKS airshow, the Kazakhstani delegation will have a number of meetings with Russian and Ukrainian colleagues. Mr. Mussabayev is expected to meet with Russian space chief Vladimir Popovkin and reps of the design engineering bureau "Yuzhnoye".
The meetings will mainly focus of further cooperation in space industry, the press service of the Kazakh Space Agency says.
