Kazakhstan, the Netherlands step up legal coop

ASTANA. June 15. KAZINFORM Deputy Prosecutor General Iogan Merkel of Kazakhstan and Ambassador Peter van Leeuwen, Charge d'Affaires of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Kazakhstan met on Friday (June 15) in Astana.
According to press service of the Kazakh Prosecutor-General's Office, the sides discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral legal cooperation, in particular, the reformation of law-enforcement system in Kazakhstan in the context of introduction of the amended Criminal Code. The sides reiterated their interest in further development and expansion of cooperation.
