Kazakhstan suggests establishing new environmental declaration ‘Green Bridge’ between Europe and Asia

ASTANA. July 1. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ - Kazakhstan proposes to establish a new environmental declaration 'Green Bridge' between Europe and Asia. The President said at the third Astana Economic Forum on Thursday.
'The disaster in the Gulf of Mexico demonstrates us the consequences we face if we do not pay enough attention to the issues of environment and climate. The world needs new environmental safe technologies', N. Nazarbayev noted.
The President said that he had proposed the establishment of the new environmental declaration 'Green Bridge' between Europe and Asia at one of the UN summits.
