Kazakhstan suffer setback in FIFA ranking

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan slid three spots down to No.127 in the latest world rankings released by FIFA on Thursday, Kazinform has learnt from Vesti.kz.
Coached by Yuri Krasnozhan, the Kazakh squad suffered a setback after the devastating 0:3 defeat from Hungary in a friendly match in Budapest on June 7.
World Cup champion Germany tops the updated ranking, followed by runner-up Argentina and World Cup semifinalist the Netherlands.
Former leaders of the ranking Spaniards slumped to No.8 after occupying the No. 1 spot for four years. Brazil dropped four places to No.7. Russia plummeted from No.19 to No.23.
England suffered major setback falling to No.20 after dismal performance at the World Cup in Brazil.
