Kazakhstan, Spain signed Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters

ASTANA. June 17. KAZINFORM Today in Astana Kazakh Prosecutor General Askhat Daulbayev and Spanish Ambassador to Kazakhstan Alberto Anton Cortes signed the Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters.
The agreement will let Kazakh and Spanish authorized bodies render mutual legal assistance which covers a wide range of mutual proceedings, including relation, criminal investigation assistance, joint investigative actions, search and confiscation of the proceeds of crime and so on.
