Kazakhstan's violinist awarded Rudolfo Lipizer Prize

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Meruert Karmenova of Pavlodar participated in the 33rd international violin competition "Rudolfo Lipizer Prize held in Italy, the Pavlodar region's culture department said.
The competition brought together the gifted violinists from 17 countries of the world. Only six of them, including Meruert, reached the semifinals. All the performances were broadcast in streaming media on the Lipizer web channel. Following the results of the final Meruert was awarded Rudolfo Lipizer Prize and a special prize as the youngest finalist for her talent.
