TANA. October 14. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan's film "Returning to the 'A'" directed by Yegor Mikhalkov-Konchalovsky is submitted for consideration in the Foreign Language Film category for the Oscar 2011 Awards. According to the American Academy, 63 countries will vie for the 2011 Foreign Language Film Oscar.
