Kazakhstan?s preparation for chairmanship in OIC to be discussed in Damascus

ASTANA. May 18. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ The OIC Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) will hold its 36th session in Damascus on May 23-25, in which Kazakh Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nurlan Yermekbayev will take part. The Kazakh MFA?s official spokesperson Yerzhan Ashikbayev has made it public at a briefing; Kazinform reports.
?One of the main issues of the discussion will be preparation for the Kazakh chairmanship in the OIC in 2011?, he said. Y.Ashikbayev informed that within the framework of the conference the Kazakh diplomat will hold bilateral meetings with the Organization?s leaders.
