Kazakhstan's OSCE presidency - new stage in history of Organization

Heads of the majority of diplomatic missions accredited in Belarus, international organizations, heads of state bodies of Belarus and leading foreign experts and political analysts took part in the conference.
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belarus Anatoly Smirnov read the address of OSCE Secretary-in-office, Kazakh Secretary of state - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev to the participants. "According to our partners we worthily coped with the important mission of presidency in such authoritative organization", the address writes.
The key aspect of the Kazakhstan's chairmanship and greatest success of the Kazakh diplomacy was holding the OSCE Summit in Astana where the Astana declaration was adopted. As experts note, the Kazakhstan's presidency has started a new stage in the history of the Organization, promoted extension of mutual trusts and constructive interaction of all participating states.
One of the peculiarities of the current chairmanship is the urge of Kazakhstan to attract a wide range of foreign experts, analysts and observers to discussion of the international agenda.
