ASTANA. November 30. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ The most important contribution of Kazakhstan is a political capital that the President of Kazakhstan and the entire Kazakh diplomacy have built to organize the Summit. OSCE Secretary General Marc Perrin de Brichambaut said it at a briefing in Astana.
According to him, there are still many issues under discussion in the OSCE space and Kazakhstan has taken active part in this process.
"During this process we've seen a constant flow of proposals from Kazakhstan's society", he added.
