Kazakhstan's GDP reaches the level of 5.8% in 10 months: Vice PM

ASTANA. November 27. KAZINFORM Real GDP growth in Kazakhstan reached the level of 5.8% in 10 months of 2013, Vice Prime Minister Erbol Orynbayev told a Wednesday briefing at the Central Communications Service.
In his words, 2012 GDP per capita made $12 000, whereas in 2013 it is expected to amount to $13 326.
"According to the World Bank, Kazakhstan joined the number of upper middle income countries in 2011 and is currently ranked among such countries as Turkey, Brazil, Malaysia and continues to consolidate its position," Mr. Orynbayev added.
