Kazakhstan's GDP growth to reach 5% - Kelimbetov

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - GDP is expected to reach 5% in Kazakhstan, Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kairat Kelimbetov has told a press conference in Astana today.
"The Government has considered changes to the republican budget for 2014. The real GDP growth is expected to reach 5% by yearend," he explained. The National Bank of Kazakhstan also expects the real GDP growth to hit 4-5% following results of 9 months of 2014. Earlier at the press conference Mr. Kelimbetov slammed rumors of new wave of devaluation in Kazakhstan.
