Kazakhstan's ENRC may buy Russian steel plants, Kommersant says

MOSCOW. October 3. KAZINFORM Eurasian Natural Resources Corp., a Kazakh metals company, may buy two plants in Russia's Sverdlovsk region that produce steel items and ferromanganese, Kommersant reported, citing unidentified people, Kazinform quotes Bloomberg.
