ASTANA. February 11. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "Achievements of Kazakhstan raised the level of patriotism and united all the people of Kazakhstan," President of Kazakhstan emphasized speaking at the 13th congress of Nur Otan Party which is being held now in Astana.
"Kazakhstan has become an attractive center of all Central Asia. We were the first to have presided in the OSCE among the CIS countries and Baltic states. We successfully held the Summit of the OSCE after 11 years of downtime in the Organization. The Astana OSCE Declaration defined terms of 'Eurasian security' and 'Spirit of Astana," the President noted.
The Head of State noted that over the years of independence a new state had been built, new society, new generation of Kazakhstanis able to live and work in globalized world had been raised.
