Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus to establish anti-monopoly authority within CU

ASTANA. October 18. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The Customs Union member states - Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus - will establish a supranational anti-monopoly authority. Chairman of the Kazakh Agency on Competition Protection Mazhit Yesenbayev has made it public today at the telephone conference of the Government.
According to him, beginning from the next year the supranational anti-monopoly authority will deal with the issues of unfair competition, dominant position and cartel agreement.
