Kazakhstan, Russia agreed on deepening of innovation coop, Nursultan Nazarbayev

TRAKHAN. September 15. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ At today's interregional cooperation forum held in Astrakhan Kazakhstan and Russia agreed on deepening of cooperation between Russia's Skolkovo Innovation Centre and Kazakhstan's Innovation and Technology Park. President Nursultan Nazarbayev made it public at the final press conference.
Nursultan Nazarbayev expressed gratitude to his Russian colleague Dmitry Medvedev and Astrakhan region governor Alexander Zhilkin for hospitality and high-level forum.
"We have focused today on further deepening of our integration, formation of the Single Economic Space which will lead to the establishment of the Eurasian Union, we have talked about back to 1994, oil and gas cooperation issues, deepening of innovation cooperation between Skolkovo and Kazakhstan's Innovation and Technology Park, military-technical collaboration," the President underlined.
Besides, Nursultan Nazarbayev offered to promote decisions on foundation of the Association of workers of culture and arts of Kazakhstan and Russia.
