Kazakhstan reelected for 2nd term of Financial Committee membership of the World Customs Organization

BRUSSELS. June 29. KAZINFORM. /Yerzhan Ospanov/ - The 113/114 session of the Council of Customs Cooperation were completed Saturday at the World Customs Organization headquarters.
Approval of the Strategic and Calendar plans of activities, reports of technical committees and the World Customs Organization for 2009/2010 were the final events of the sessions. Serjio Muhica Montes, from Chili, was appointed as new deputy Secretary General of the Organization. Kazakhstan was reelected for the second term of membership of the Financial Committee, where it will be representing the interests of the CIS member countries.
