Kazakhstan recognizes OPEC's role in ensuring oil market stability: K.Massimov

ASTANA. October 5. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakhstan recognizes the role of the OPEC in ensuring the stability of the oil market. Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has made it public today at the opening of the V Eurasian Forum KAZENERGY-2010.
"Kazakhstan recognizes the importance of the OPEC role in ensuring the stability of the oil market as well as the significance of cooperation between producing and consuming countries, members and non-members of the Organization, such as Kazakhstan", K.Massimov said.
The Head of the Kazakh Government also noted that the Forum was held amid great challenges in the energy sector since the recent crisis has forced to search for new tendencies in oil and gas spheres.
