Kazakhstan readies for snowy and foggy Sunday

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Snowstorm, ice slick, fog and stiff wind are to take hold of Kazakhstan on Sunday, Kazinform has learnt from Kazhydromet.
Forecasters predict that wind gusting up to 20 meters per second will torment Akmola, Kostanay, North Kazakhstan and Mangystau regions. Gusts of wind will reach 22-28 meters per second in East Kazakhstan, Pavlodar and Almaty regions. Blinding snowstorms are expected in North Kazakhstan, Kostanay, East Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions. Akmola, Kostanay, North Kazakhstan, Almaty, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda, West Kazakhstan, South Kazakhstan and Karaganda regions will be steeped in fog. According to the weather forecast, it will be slippery in most regions of the country.
