Kazakhstan ranked 79th among 143 countries in Global Innovation Index 2014

Kazakhstan was ranked 79th out of 143 countries in the Global Innovation Index 2014. INSEAD, an international graduate business school, and the World Intellectual Property Organisation released its "Global Innovation Index 2014" analytical report. According to the document, Kazakhstan took the 79th position, the second best result among the Central and Southern Asian between India (76th) and Bhutan (86th). Most innovative countries were recognized Switzerland, the UK and Sweden.
