Kazakhstan plans to move to new state management - T.Suleimenov

ASTANA. June 10. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Kazakhstan plans to transfer to a new state management based on performance and clear definition of powers and responsibilities of civil servants, improving the quality of public services and professionalization of the civil service.

Vice Minister of Economic Development and Trade Timur Suleimenov has announced it at a conference entitled "Kazakhstan's economic success over the years of independence."

"Kazakhstan's Strategic Development Plan till 2020 sets nationwide strategic directions and purposes of the country's development. The country's efforts will be focused on five major directions: preparation for the post-crisis period, accelerated diversification of the economy, investments in the future, services for the citizens, ensuring interethnic concord, security and stability in international affairs," T.Suleimenov said.

According to him, implementation of the Strategic Plan will be based on successful public sector.
