ASTANA. April 17. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan is especially valuable in the world as a stabilizing factor in the region, has said today at the press briefing after the meeting with the President of Kazakhstan the Head of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö, who is staying in the country with an state visit.
