Kazakhstan on right way of development - Advisor of Russia's Representative Office in Minsk

ASTANA. February 12. KAZINFORM Kazakh President's Message to the Nation as of January 29, 2010 proves that the republic is on the right way of development. Alexey Pavlov, Advisor of Russia's Permanent Representative Office to Charter and Other bodies of the CIS in Minsk, considers.

"Kazakhstan's achievements in economy and other spheres as well as well-coordinated plans of the country's leader on realization of Kazakhstan-2030 Strategy set the best pattern of it", he said.

As A. Pavlov noted, N. Nazarbayev's principle "economy comes first" proved to be right which also "does not exclude innovation and flexibility in solution of economic problems".

"Kazakhstan's goal to ensure regional and global security is of great importance. Kazakh Leader's intention to promote establishment of a strategic dialogue among all existing systems of collective security as well as expansion and strengthening of consensus regarding the fundamental issues of security and development of the OSCE conforms to major directions of Russia's foreign policy", the Russian expert said.

According to him, the Message can serve as a certain action program at the new stage of the country's development. "Kazakhstan has already demonstrated success in conducting various reforms and today it enjoys their positive results", A. Pavlov highlighted.
