Kazakhstan negotiates with BRICS support of G.Marchenko's candidacy for post of IMF chief

MINSK. May 20. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakhstan is negotiating with the BRICS countries support of candidacy of Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan Grigory Marchenko for the post of the IMF chief.
"Today we have started the negotiations, first of all, with the BRICS countries - Brazil, Russia, India and China - to support the single candidature (Grigory Marchenko)," K.Massimov said at a press conference following the session of the EurAsEC Interstate Council.
According to the Premier, now it is a critical moment, and it is necessary to make the voice of developing countries heard.
