Kazakhstan needs well qualified people with state projects management skills - A. Issekeshev

Minister of Industry and New Technologies of Kazakhstan Asset Issekeshev said it on Thursday in Astana during the meeting of the Coordinating Council on forced industrial development.

'For fulfilling the task on establishment and development of a national project management system we need people who are well qualified and have skills in project management. China has more than 500 thousand specialists of the kind and projects are not financed by the state if it lacks a certified manager. It is a rule', A. Issekeshev said.

'Kazakhstan does not have many people who had theoretical training and practical skills in managing complicated state projects', the Vice Prime Minister noted.

'According to the instructions given by the Premier we must establish a system of state projects and programs management where we will have responsibilities, time and tasks that we should achieve', A. Issekeshev added.
