Kazakhstan mulls visa-free entry for more countries

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan plans to introduce a visa-free entry for more countries.

The news was announced by first deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Rapil Zhoshybayev at the Thursday press conference. "Many countries would like to have a visa-free entry to Kazakhstan. And we plan to extend the list of those countries," Mr. Zhoshybayev said. As reported earlier, Kazakhstan granted visa-free entry to 10 countries that had demonstrated high investment activity in the country in the past - the U.S, the Netherlands, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, the UAE, South Korea and Japan within the framework of a pilot project.
