Kazakhstan military training system on quality and solid foundation - J.Ikbal, Major-General, Pakistan Military delegation

Foreign military delegation held a meeting in the Ministry of Defense with a major-general Edil Urazov, the Head of the Department for Military Education and Science.

"Kazakhstan attaches great importance to the cooperation with Pakistan and assumes it not only in the context of strengthening the strategic relationship between our countries but also within the framework of regional stability and security consolidation", said E.Urazov.

Kazakhstani-Pakistani Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation has been an instrument for the bilateral cooperation development.

In November 2012 Kazakhstan and Pakistan signed a memorandum on military collaboration. Military experts inform that to date between the Defense Ministries of the two countries there have been good prospects for cooperation in the field of Defense industry.

During the visit to Schuchinsk National Defense University the Pakistani delegation representatives thoroughly acquainted with the system of military education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Tour about the university, briefing and presentation gave the Pakistani military opportunity to obtain extensive information on Kazakhstan Military University where officers get postgraduate education.
